This week I closed 1140 Somserset. You can see below that this is an adorable Lafayette home. It is located just south of Baseline and West of Hwy 287, which means that it is very close to Waneka Lake, a very desirable location in Lafayette. People love this lake community because of the parks and extensive hiking around the beautiful lake that has the backdrop of the Indian Peaks mountain range. The transaction was incredibly smooth for the sellers. For starters, I was able to sell the home without having to go to market! This was done because of Walnut Realty’s incredible team environment. I brought my seller’s home to the meeting and one of the agents in my office had a buyer who was looking for a property exactly like my seller’s home, in my seller’s location. So even though the home closed today we were able to work out a situation where the clients leased back the home until the date they needed to move.
